As part of the professional development programs we offer the evidence-based Search Inside Yourself curriculum that was designed and tested by Google and trains leaders and teams in neuroscience, attention-training and emotional intelligence. Participants strengthen their focus, compassion and leadership skills and receive a tool kit of practices that can be immediately integrated at work and in life.
Search Inside Yourself is focused on building healthy mental habits that lead to self-awareness, effective leadership, resilience and overall wellbeing. SIY’s blended learning approach is offered over 2 days in-person, or virtually by six highly interactive, 2-hour sessions. The program is followed by four weeks of individual and peer-to-peer practices, concluding with a capstone webinar to set the stage for continued practice.
The SIY program has been offered in over 100 cities around the world to tens of thousands of leaders in business, nonprofit organizations and government. Companies such as SAP, LinkedIn, SalesForce and many more have adopted this training. It teaches mindfulness tools for both life and work and helps individuals to reduce stress while increasing resilience and wellbeing. The program also teaches how to better collaborate, including managing conflict and having difficult conversations by developing the emotional intelligence competencies of self-awareness, self-management, motivation and compassionate leadership.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
“Participating in Search Inside Yourself led by Åsa was an amazing and invigorating experience. Learning about the connection between the brain, the body and our emotions along with tools to learn to leverage these connections was life changing. I have been enjoying trying out the practices and I can feel myself being more mindful on a daily basis – it’s wonderful! As an executive, having this foundation to leverage every day helps me be my best self at work and at home.”
Julie Trainor, Chief Operating Officer, Single Digits, Inc
"I think one of the biggest challenges for any teacher, especially one who is speaking on mindfulness is the ability to speak to both the mind and the heart of their student. Åsa clearly knows her subject, and, more importantly, clearly lives it. You can feel it in the way she leans in and listens, and how she always reframes what someone was talking about, while gently encouraging vulnerability and the courage to dig deeper. I can't emphasize how impressed and grateful I am for her gift. There are differences in style between the co-teachers, but they are so in sync with each other that it compounds their message of mindful harmony and peace. To watch Åsa and her co-teacher together is pure poetry."

Åsa co-facilitated a powerful, virtual Search Inside Yourself training for a cohort of nonprofit and social sector leaders in Boston, including a group of us from and working in East Boston. As someone who intermittently practices meditation, I found this training provided a great scaffolded combination of review of important concepts and introduction of new concepts, incorporating mindfulness and journaling. I will be doing more of both. We built a strong virtual community through the meaningful conversations we had together and we look forward to building off this foundation. I am excited too that the learning continues with 28 days of practice--helping ensure this isn't just a training but can help foster lasting change.
Åsa is passionate about mindfulness; she is dedicating a significant portion of her professional work to it and integrating it into all she does. That passion and belief makes her a highly effective trainer and change maker. I am so grateful to be able to work with her and excited for future collaboration to grow this movement!"
Justin Pasquariello, Executive Director, East Boston Social Centers
"Åsa co-facilitated the Search Inside Yourself training for our team recently. She was an excellent leader for the program as she was knowledgeable about the content, calm and positive in her demeanor, and interacted well with the participants. Åsa ensured that people were actively participants and felt heard by her and their peers. She incorporated comments and feedback as she went and nothing seemed to fluster her. Our team is incredibly grateful for the opportunity that Åsa provided and have already begun to implement many of the practices learned from SIY"
